Responsibilities

The role will include, but not be limited to, the following range of activities:

  • Scheduling and preparing as necessary to ensure successful management and renewal of all company accreditations
  • Undertaking internal audits
  • Attending external audits to ensure adherence to company accreditations
  • Projecting and working within set external consultancy budgets
  • Providing relevant awareness and training to team members on accreditations and regulations
  • Maintaining the IMS drive and company documentation templates
  • Overseeing the management of Learning Management System (LMS) content
  • Arranging facilities maintenance in accordance with appropriate schedules

Experience

It is likely you will hold:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working within a similar role
  • History of driving change and compliance through an organisation
  • Knowledge of governance, project planning, risk and issue management and mitigation
  • Knowledge of ISO frameworks, in particular 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001
  • Excellent understanding of reporting procedures and record keeping

Qualifications

It is desirable that you will possess the following:

  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C (or equivalent) and above
  • Degree education in a technical or analytical field
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • ILM Level 3

  • Salary range £37,500 - £50,000
