The requirement

Having supported Belmores for some years, Belmores contacted Computer Service Centre in preparation for an office move from Crown Road to King Street in Norwich. In the discussions leading up to their move, it was also decided that the Belmores team wanted to achieve more with their IT system and make best use of time whilst away from the office.

The solution

Computer Service Centre organised the relocation of Belmores IT, as well as merging the data from both sites into a single unified system. Further to this, our role has been to provide flexible solutions to allow the Belmores team to respond to emails, create notes and reports whilst off site, for instance whilst in court, and synchronise these remotely and securely using mobile solutions such as Blackberrys and Notebooks. We continue to support and maintain the Belmores IT infrastructure and service their on-going IT needs.
