Larking Gowen

The requirement

Three years ago, Larking Gowen considered whether to retain its in-house IT provision. After a period of review, the firm decided that moving to a fully hosted IT system would give it the platform it required for the future.

The solution

First, we held extensive discussions to understand the firm's business requirements - not just right now, but for the next five to 10 years.

Then our Cloud Hosting team designed a completely new network from the ground up. Hosted on virtual servers in our own datacentre, the new network is always-on, fully scalable and accessible from anywhere - with no on-site servers.

Cloud services can be used by branch staff, audit teams and remote workers. Remote conferencing facilities installed by our team have the potential to cut travel time and costs.

Larking Gowen's data is protected by replication, advanced backups and two-factor security, and the solution is fully managed, liberating the firm form operation and maintenance tasks.

And because it's scalable, the solution can grow to meet the form's needs long into the future.
