Wrightway Health

The requirement

Wrightway Health's day-to-day operations depend on a great deal of data on customer organisations, patients, clinics, services and appointments. They were using off-the-shelf software, but finding it frustrating. So they approached us to create a solution built to their specific needs.

The solution

Our in-house software development team created a full practise-management suite for Wrightway Health.

The process began with a detailed process of discussion and collaboration with the client, in order to determine exactly what information they needed to enter, record and analyse. As often happens with enterprise software, the brief evolved over time as further insights emerged during development.

Because the finished suite is tailored to the way Wrightway Health actually run their operations from day to day, it's saved them a huge amount of time. It only includes the fields and functions they need, described with the same words they use, making the experience of using the software far easier and more intuitive.
